Yes, a great reminder; if not lesson - should the case be. Obama has willingly, knowingly circumvented our Constitution in many ways; and continues to. He knows he is illigitimate and the legal fees he is paying to 'stave off' the truth is buying him time. Time for him to render our Constitution 'null and void' - at least those parts that interfere with his agenda and threaten his power.

No, it will not proceed.
When a judge grants a defense motion to dismiss, that means the lawsuit has gone bye-bye until or unless it is appealed.
By the way, your tax dollars and mine provided Obama’s defense attorneys who wrote the request for the motion to dismiss. They were U.S. Justice Department lawyers.
